In order for the Journal of AI & Immersive Marketing (JAIIM) to publish and distribute accepted articles, a formal publishing agreement is required. This agreement grants JAIIM the right to publish the article, while authors retain significant rights to use, share, and promote their work freely.
JAIIM supports open access principles and empowers authors to maximize the reach and impact of their research. Authors are permitted to:
- Use the published article for teaching and training purposes.
- Distribute copies to colleagues or students for academic use.
- Include the article in dissertations or institutional reports.
- Share the article through institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks.
- Reuse portions of the content (including figures and tables) in future publications with proper attribution.
- Create derivative works or adaptations, provided the original work is acknowledged.

All content published in JAIIM is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits:
- Sharing – Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapting – Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use.
- Attribution – Appropriate credit must be given, a link to the license provided, and any changes clearly indicated.
- ShareAlike – If the work is adapted, the resulting work must be distributed under the same license.
- No additional restrictions – Legal or technological restrictions beyond the license terms are not allowed.

Copyright Transfer Agreement
By submitting a manuscript to JAIIM, authors agree that, upon acceptance, the journal is granted the publishing rights necessary for dissemination, indexing, and archiving. Copyright remains with the author(s), and the article is published under the terms of the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
Following acceptance, a Journal Publishing Agreement will be sent to the corresponding author and must be signed by or on behalf of all authors. This agreement affirms the terms under which the article will be published and ensures compliance with open access standards.
