The purpose of this scoping study is to demonstrate the use of AI-driven tactics in marketing campaigns for public health. To fulfill this purpose, the method we used to read all the relevant papers was that 80 possibly pertinent papers were first found by searching the WOS, Scopus, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, and PubMed databases using the PRISMA approach. Only 9, nevertheless, satisfied the predetermined inclusion requirements. Through this we identified that there are few scoping reviews of AI-driven strategies in PHCs Marketing. Most of the research focused on the integrations of AI use in commercial marketing. However, the application of AI in PHCs has been limited. This study supports the usefulness of the AI application in health care. It helps in generating communication with the public. However, the use of the effectiveness of AI is not seen in terms of equity or ethics. Furthermore, the finding also suggests that the policymaker for the use of AI is safe, secure, and fair, even for the campaign designers, who can use the AI to have a more personal message, engage more people, and make their campaign work more effective.
