SEED – Sustainable and Equitable Earth Development accepts high-quality, original manuscripts that align with the journal's aims and scope. Below are detailed guidelines to assist authors in preparing their submissions.

Submission of Manuscript
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts should be written in English and submitted in MS Word format through the SEED submission platform. Upon acceptance, authors must complete a Journal Publishing Agreement (JPA).
Style of Manuscript
- A4 paper, 2.5 cm margins, 12pt Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing, max 25 pages.
- Page 1: Title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding details, abstract (max 250 words) and 5–7 keywords.
- From Page 2: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Managerial Implications, Theoretical Implications, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, Funding, Conflict of Interest Statement, Author Contribution, References
Figures and Tables
Figures and tables should be numbered and titled clearly. Submit them separately from the main text. Captions go below figures; table titles go above. Written permission is required to reproduce previously published material. Color figures are accepted.
References
Follow APA Style. Use a reference manager (e.g., Mendeley, EndNote). References must be in alphabetical order, include page ranges, and use Arabic numbers. Foreign language references should be minimal. Avoid citing websites in the reference list.
Abbreviations and Acronyms
- Do not use in the title unless widely known.
- Define all abbreviations the first time they appear in the abstract and the body.
- Do not overuse in figures or tables. Spell out for clarity.
Acknowledgments
Include only individuals who provided significant contributions, such as funding, technical assistance, or institutional support.
Proofs
Proofs are sent by email and must be returned within 2 days. Only typographical corrections are allowed. If no response is received within 7 days, the article will proceed with in-house edits.
Author Digital Identifier
All authors must provide at least one digital identifier before publication:
- Scopus Author ID
- ORCID iD
- Google Scholar, ResearchGate, or LiveDNA profiles
Additional Author Statements Required
- Funding Disclosure: State all sources of research funding.
- Conflict of Interest: Declare any conflicts or state none.
- Author Contribution: Specify individual contributions using CRediT taxonomy (e.g., Conceptualization, Data curation, Writing – original draft, etc.).
- Ethical Statement: For research involving humans or animals, include approval codes or ethics declarations.
- Data Availability: Indicate whether data is available and under what conditions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
- The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- The content aligns with SEED's focus and scope.
- The manuscript adheres strictly to the formatting and style guidelines.
- All required statements (funding, ethics, contributions, etc.) have been included.
- All references are cited correctly using APA style.
- All tables and figures are submitted in the correct format.
Authors are encouraged to consult the journal template and ensure compliance with ethical standards to expedite the review process and enhance scholarly integrity.
